The service was excellent during my stay.

I was disappointed with the breakfast options as I expected a self-serving buffet, but instead, we had to choose only one dish. Additionally, the music by the beach was too loud at times, which made it hard for me to relax. The room could really use some renovations to justify the high price we paid.

However, concerns about sargassum made beach access less enjoyable, and the nearby restaurants created some noise disturbances during the nights.

The outdoor shower near the pool was a refreshing escape for cooling off, especially when the ocean wasn't ideal. The staff went above and beyond, making sure my birthday was super special with thoughtful surprises.

We had such a nice 6-night stay! The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. The beach club was awesome, providing towels and drinks all day. The bar/lounge area had great snacks too. Just a heads up, the music from the club nearby could be loud at times, but it didn't ruin the vibe for us.

ana y jose hotel & beach club was simply amazing. we stayed in an oceanfront suite that was cozy and private, perfectly located nearby the pool. it was heavenly falling asleep to the sound of the waves. the relaxing massage on offer was a fantastic highlight that truly enhanced our stay.
